Barbed W Digital Designs

What This License Allows

-Transfers (UV DTF, DTF, Vinyl, Screen Prints, etc.)

-Fabric and blankets

-Business Supplies (Poly mailers, Freshie Molds, 3D Printed Items)

-Items manufactured overseas

-Wholesale products

Printers:

If your customers upload our files to your gang sheet builder, or printing service, you must be properly licensed to access and print our designs.

Example: If our designs are added to a printer’s gang sheet builder, that printer must hold a valid license.

Designs & Licensing are non-transferable 

Watermarks & Mockups

-All designs must be watermarked when shared or displayed online

-You must use your own mockups

Failure to follow these rules may result in vendor rights being removed.

You May NOT

-Edit, alter, erase, add to, or move parts of our designs

-Share our files or drives with others

-Sell licensed items without the proper license

-Use our designs or seamless files in other designs

-Use our designs in logos or branding

-Use our designs with unlicensed printers

-Share our files in dump groups

-Copy or create designs that look similar to ours

Ownership

All designs remain the property of Barbed W Digital Designs.
Purchasing a license grants permission to use the designs — not ownership of the files. 

Violations

Failure to comply with these terms may result in:

Immediate termination of your license

-Removal of vendor or customer rights

-IP address blocking

-Removal from social media groups

No notice or refunds will be provided.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
